A Parisian now happily settled in south-west France, Lucie is an editor and content strategist. She has spent the past ten years making brands easier to find and their content worth reading. Lucie specialises in helping international companies speak to UK and French audiences in a way that feels written for them, rather than translated for them. She has run editorial projects for brands in the arts, travel, healthcare, logistics and hospitality industries. She works on venue guides, city pages and long-form features, from keyword research through to the final edit.
Lucie began her career in fine dining, managing communications and events for a two-Michelin-starred restaurant. She has been writing about venues and what makes a room worth remembering ever since.
She holds a master's degree in Management and Business Strategy and is currently completing an MSc in Data Management and Business Analytics. She is part of the Women in Tech SEO community and plans content as she does most things: by starting with the evidence.
When she is not editing, Lucie is usually lost down a research rabbit hole, sampling perfumes, or looking for just the right old stone house somewhere in the Pyrenean foothills where the afternoon light pours in.
