A ballroom is more than just a beautiful space. Many are also historic venues where the story of Washington, D.C. is a part of the architecture. One of our favorites is the Patterson Mansion. Located in the Dupont Circle district the building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. You'll have several venues to choose from, including the intimate ballroom, with seating for up to 60 guests.
The Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center is another historic selection. It is the only federal building designated for government and public use. You'll find not just ballrooms but fine dining, entertainment, retail, and office spaces here. Consider reserving the Atrium or Horizon Ballroom for a
corporate event or wedding reception. The larger Atrium Ballroom hosts up to 1,275 guests with an airwall that can divide the space in half, a VIP holding area, direct loading dock access, and much more! The smaller Horizon Ballroom hosts "only" 300 guests and has support for video conferences, professional audio-visual equipment, and the potential of splitting the space in two.
