This is a multipurpose creative space, it can be many things but boring.

Lantern District Open and Spacious Residential Meeting Space

Enter by the koi pond and find ceilings up to 14' with a wide-open interior and clean architectural lines everywhere.  Unpolished granite and maple floors, a floating granite staircase, poured-in-place concrete fireplace hearth, and oversized glass windows and sliding doors bring the beach into the house and create a setting that is hard to match.

The living area and master bedroom have 180º views of the Pacific Ocean with views of Dana Point to the north and San Clemente to the south.  Expect blue or pastel skies (depending on time of day) with a Catalina backdrop and often a sailboat (or more).

Walk for miles up and down the private beach without crowds.  No boardwalk or road to interfere here.  We are near Dana Point Harbor with parks in the area as well as restaurants and shopping nearby.  The beach front hot tub / jacuzzi across from the BBQ grill is there for your use.

You will have access to the entire house (garage only by request).  We can provide tables and chairs as needed.  There is a lot of parking at the house and even more can be provided at the entrance to the road.

The Beach house is a very colorful, vibrant beach bungalow! It took a lot of work and heart to create this amazing environment. If you are looking for a unique and colorful experience, you have come to the right place! This house is truly a vacation in itself. Decorated and owned by professional Interior Designers/Decorators/Realtors, this Caribbean-Inspired Getaway is unlike any other home. Filled with one-of-a-kind stained glass (including beautifully carved stained glass bedroom doors, dual masters - one we call the _Captain's Room_ featuring a queen bed, hanging chair hammock and a clawfoot bathtub perched on a pedestal and the other _The Bamboo Room_ has furniture taken straight from a villa in Mexico with a spacious walk-in closet and double bed handmade from bamboo.

Our 800 sq ft wraparound cobblestone porch overlooks our beautiful peaceful street and expands our bungalow into an outdoor environment, with its dining table for 12 made from 100+ yr old barn wood. Close our outdoor curtains for even more privacy as you lounge on the hanging bed and take in the scent of the fresh flowers along the perimeter of the veranda. Ahhh...

The Beach House!

This tri level home has a large open space on the main floor with modern fixtures and furniture. The roof too offers a stunning ocean view with a beautiful bbq and able deck seating. 

There are 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms for shoots as well.

Modern Beach Town Home with Amazing rooftop!

Open space studio equipped with backdrop stands, props, lighting and easy access for loading and unloading of equipment or furnishings for your event. We offer a small kitchenette we keep stocked with water and whiteclaws for our guests as well as a microwave and Keurig coffee machine. There is a shared bathroom just outside our studio door that is kept very clean by our on-site property manager. However, the space provides a curtain between main space and kitchenette for changing privacy as well as a room divider for wardrobe changes. The studio is perfect for not only photo shoots as it is well lit with no direct sunlight to impede on photoshoots. It also is a great space for hosting small workshops, meetings for creative inspiration and even a quiet work space with a provided small work station and our own dedicated modem for high speed wifi.

Creative Studio by the Sea

Our house was built in 1948 before Capistrano Beach was incorporated into the city of Dana Point. We bought it in 2013 and enjoyed our sweet 1000 square foot house for 4 years. In 2017, we remodeled the house while trying to stay as true to the homes original mid century ascetic as possible. Our home has a simple color palette with some unique features and decor. The backyard is large and blends seamlessly with the house. The main part of our house is a very open floor plan. We have 2 bedrooms downstairs that can be used for anything and 2 bedrooms upstairs that can be used for whatever is needed.
