This honestly was not a problem because the space is quite large. Finally, the space does need a bit of cleaning (my daughter's clothes ended up quite dusty after doing floor work, mirrors were slightly smudged) and some repairs to a small portion of the floor would be good...

This is an amazing, cozy space on broadway. Very spacious inside. It has a bar area, restroom, beautiful living room setup, TV, clothing rack and a large mirror. I recommend it for fitting and photoshoot. Would definitely book again...
