I'm the head of a small (<40 people) mobile game studio. We're looking to do a team building event middle of next week. It's a pretty low-key thing but we need a decent-sized room where we can arrange the chairs into a few different groups at once. This looks like just the place, but I have a few quick questions: 1) Are we allowed to have food brought in for lunch (i.e. - likely pizza & wings)? 2) Do you have details/specs on the projector (i.e. - widescreen? 1080P resolution?). We have some videos and presentations to go through as part of the exercise.

fashion week pre-show event

I am the Events Manager. We produce runway shows during Fashion Week, and we would love to hire your wonderful space for our pre-show event. On the 6th, we would like to hire your space for a day of formal meetings. This will be from 9am-7pm and will be for approximately 12-15 people. We do have an additional query; After the meetings have finished, we would like to hold an industry reception for approximately 50 people. This will be for 2 hours only - 8pm-10pm. We love the outdoor terrace and we wondered whether this was possible? We think your venue would be the perfect place for our events, and we think the models, designers and industry guests attending would also love the space.
