I am a queer, trans poet. For the proposed event at your space, we are looking for ~2 hours, during which time will be spent discussing the work, reading from the book, and questions/dialogue from the audience. Following, there would be time to meet and greet, sign/sell copies of the work, and aid in cleaning up. If we have the possibility to fit that many people in the patio area with a microphone, I would absolutely love that!

65th birthday party with catering

I would like to rent space in your hotel for my event. I am hosting a 65th birthday party for my mother the 15th or 18th, we are expecting about 75-100 guest, I would like to rent the space for about 7 hours 2 of the 7 hours would be for decorating and set up. I would like to have music set up as well as catered food. As per our conversation I would be interested in references for alcohol catering and food if possible. I was also wondering if the table and chairs advertised online is as for the event. I would also like to come down this weekend to take a look at the venue, possibly Saturday or Sunday.
