Our venue is both pet friendly and family friendly with ample outdoor patio seating for alfresco dining.  We can provide catering for special events as well as custom tours, tastings and cocktail menus of our spirits distilled on site. We are located in the heart of the hip and thriving neighborhood of North Park.  Our facility accommodates approximately 150 standing and 100 seated.  We welcome parties and events of all kinds for a unique dining and tasting experience!

A 1920's Spanish revival gem located in one of the most sought after historic streets in North Park with gorgeous views. 2 bed, 1.5 bath on a large 6,000 square foot lot, it is perfect for guests who are looking to enjoy the best of San Diego’s food, drinks, shopping, beaches, and hiking from a relaxing home base escape. 

Our home is not a party house, if you intend to make excessive noise, and are not able to respect our quiet hours of 10pm, this is not the right property for you. Our home is a thoughtfully curated space for families, friends and loved ones. This home offers abundant outdoor living, entertaining spaces and unique amenities and is all within close proximity to all the top attractions such as Balboa Park, The San Diego Zoo, Coronado Beaches, Downtown Waterfront Park and Little Italy. It is ideal for any type of traveler and gives visitors the ability to be in the heart of it all while still being able to rest and enjoy the comforts of home. 

The home has a large kitchen and dining room that is set up to prepare and enjoy delicious meals. The comfortable and cozy living room is the perfect place to hang out or watch your favorite shows and movies after a day of exploring San Diego and enjoying the sun in the backyard. Hotel style linens and beds, blackout curtains and air conditioning in both bedrooms make for a good nights sleep. 

It is truly a peaceful place to exhale, reset and relax.

We pride ourselves in the cleanliness of our home and we keep it at the highest standard. Our entire home, its surfaces, floors and electronics are cleaned 2-3 times per week professionally with disinfectant antibacterial products (Lysol Wipes, Clorox Disinfecting Bathroom Cleaner, Vinegar and Bleach). Our home is fully stocked with these products for guests to use as well as paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, fresh towels and linens, soap and tissues.

In order to maintain the cleanliness and quality of our activity and family amenities as well as our hot tub we charge a $20 management fee per reservation.

Guests will have access to the entire property during their stay.

There is no place quite like North Park, San Diego. It's laid back vibe and culture are heartfelt and authentic. It's a safe and vibrant neighborhood for families, couples and groups of any age. The community is very upbeat and friendly. Most locals walk everywhere and always stop to take in the beautiful architecture, art, parks, and trees of the neighborhood. 

You can expect to walk to the best local gems in about 5 minutes, and just a short 10-minute or less drive to attractions such as the Morely Field Hiking Trails and Tennis Courts, San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Downtown San Diego or Coronado.

The home has a private 2-3 car driveway as well as an abundant amount of street parking. Walking and/or biking is the best way to get around central North Park & South Park, as well as other neighborhoods like Normal Heights, University Heights, South Park, and Golden Hill. Ubers and Lyfts are readily available for pick-ups and its quick 10-minute drive to the Airport making traveling a breeze.

We lived in this home for many years and created a relaxing everyday retreat for our family and friends. We can't wait to share its special beauty and charm with the community.

Additional Notes: 
- San Diego's temperate climate is ideal and we found that you really only need A/C a few weeks out of the year at the end of summer. We have installed portable A/C units in each of the rooms, the central air unit is for heat only. 
- Inside the home we have 1 full bathroom and a 1/2 bathroom, outside we have a relaxing zen outdoor shower/bathroom (excludes a sink).
- We also have a bonus space in the garage for guests to workout with dumbbells, a mat and resistance bands.
- We've added $10.00 to our cleaning fee for hot tub maintenance. 
- A fifth guest can be accommodated comfortably on the sectional couch.

We use smart home technology to improve your experience. Guests love how convenient this location is, it’s a quick in and out from the freeway. We’re in north PB and just one street south of La Jolla.

Colorful, one-of-a-kind, creative outdoor space where you can safely and responsibly host a wide variety of events and activities  whether it be a birthday party, team meeting, workshop, or performance.  Approximately 3000sq ft, this outdoor space is located conveniently by the 8 and 5 freeways. Filled with art and vibrant colors, when not being used for events it serves as a collaborative artist workspace. The space cannot be seen from the street, providing you with privacy for your event. We take pride in our ability to design and host unique and memorable experiences that your guests will never forget!!

- Full use of the 3000 sqft outdoor lot space (includes already set up shade sails)

- 12 rolling benches with cushions and 3 large rolling tables (seats 26 comfortably)
- Plastic Patio chairs with small tables
- Use of additional fold out tables and chairs as needed (contact host to discuss your specific needs)

**IMPORTANT RESTROOM INFORMATION:
Due to the sensitivity of our restroom pump and our inability to ensure that guests during rental events do not flush damaging items, we now must require all rentals with more than 40 guests to rent a portopotty. You may choose to use a company of your choice or we can make arrangements for you for $120.

**Rentals with less than 40 guests are required to sign a contract accepting financial responsibility if the pump is damaged during rental period ($400).
