This large, comfortable community room is an ideal space for your small film or photo shoot.  The Living Room features a cozy sofa with two plush chairs, coffee table, and TV.  The Pool Table room,  and Ping Pong table are great spaces to take a break, or take a leisurely walk around our lake (complete with pet ducks and turtles!).  The partial kitchen provides great options for keeping that good Food Fuel going!  Added bonus - a meeting room with tables and chairs, perfect for that upcoming presentation.  

The clubhouse is not fully private. During bookings you may see residents enter the space to access the fitness center.

Fantastic Semi-Private Clubhouse for Events

Welcome to our house; my name is Joanna. I do background work in movies, TV, commercials and industrials. I enjoy the excitement and creativity of being on a set so much that I thought why not turn our house into a set?

Our house is a traditional home with a varied style. There’s both a mix of antiques and new furniture. You’ll find interior barn doors and an old red wall dial phone. Overall, the feeling is both warm and inviting, comfortable, and updated.

Our front parlor gives the impression of stepping back in time. The gourmet kitchen is colorful, bright and whimsical. Upstairs we have three bedrooms. We’ve lived in our house for 25 years and my husband’s love of gardening shows.

We're minutes away from freeways, restaurants and shopping. There's street parking and a dead end cul de sac just 200 feet away.

Exterior Features-The front yard has a mature Magnolia tree, green grass and lots of flowers. Front porch has Craftsman-style columns. The backyard has green grass, lots of flowers, fruit trees, meditation garden, fountain, trellises, redwood deck, hot tub, and a vegetable garden.

The house was remodeled in 2011. The gourmet kitchen is a joy to cook in. The island is a beautiful walnut with it's own sink. The countertops are done in granite. A focal point is the 48” professional burgundy stove/ovens with a whimsical flower backsplash. There are white cabinets and hardwood flooring. The windows and french doors open up to the lush backyard. The kitchen and dining areas are 375 SQ FT.

We recently updated our backyard. We put in a patio area with a fire pit table, chairs, an umbrella and a garden shed. The rest of the backyard remains the same.

Two Story Silicon Valley Family Home

A big backyard with barbecue, mini outdoor kitchen, gazebo and good lighting. It's a long alley with plants on the side so gives a very beautiful photogenic decor.

Enjoy both the covered part in gazebo and the outdoor backyard!

This can be used for parties, photo studio, studio for hobby classes etc. where you can conduct outdoor meetings, photography with good lighting and backyard decor. You are free to add your own personal touch if needed.

For any special occasion, be it a baby shower, wedding party, bridal shower, music video shoot,  birthdays, bbq, wine tastings, team offsite, musical activities or just any event you want to get out and chill with family and friends, our place is a perfect spot!

There is a lot of space for free parking on the driveway as well as street. We are close to I-880 freeway and a 1 min walk away from gas station, food plaza, Froyo, Burger King etc.

Recently, we have stopped allowing music on speakers.

NOTE: We have the lowest per hour rate and very minimum cleaning fee, in order for us to continue to keep that low, we request our guests to pick up their trash in provided bags and do a basic cleaning. If any of the below happen, additional charge will incur after the booking.

1. Uncleaned cake spills will result in $50 extra charge.
2. Putting food in sink drainage or clogging it will result in $50 additional charge.
3. If broken glass pieces of bottles, vase not cleaned/picked up, will result in $50 additional charge.
4. Any other violation of the rules from the host rules mentioned in the section below will result in additional 50$ charge. 
5. Overtime will result in 1.5 times the hourly base rate you will be booking at.

OTHER SERVICES: We support local small businesses and had received some contacts for the following services:

1. CATERING: Indian snacks like samosas, cutlet, sandwiches etc at an affordable prices. Ask us for a full menu to find out what's available.
Other cuisines also available by renowned chefs.

2. RENTAL FURNITURE: Renting furniture at an affordable price. Let us know if you are looking for it and we can surely provide that information as well. 

P.S: The furniture shown in pictures is only for display and we can try to arrange it if possible.

THE SPACE
This exceptionally stylish lounge has been freshly redecorated with a _Speakeasy_ vibe.  Enjoy the lush wall coverings, crystal sconces, espresso built-ins, plush seating, catering kitchen with warmers, refrigerator, sink and wonderful counter space. 

Located on the second floor, a private entry via stairwell provides a dramatic entrance. We do have an elevator for loading in and guests that prefer that mode of transportation - please note you do have to walk through our community fitness center if you choose to use the elevator.   

Note that the space is located within a residential apartment community, so you may see our wonderful residents around the space. Please be mindful of this when booking.

PARKING
Onsite parking is not provided and not included in the booking rate. We recommend using public transportation or taxi/ride share services.



Overtime:
Peerspace guests will incur a fee of 1.5x the hourly rate if they go over the rental time. You must

Our brand new boardroom provides all of the bells and whistles to have a great meeting in a sleek, modern, and professional setting. Our boardroom table seats up to 16 people. Booking this space also gives our clients access to break rooms and a kitchen. 

This executive conference room provides amenities such as a full wall of floor to ceiling windows, a projection screen as well as a HDMI compatible flat screen television, whiteboards, free wi-fi access, and A/V support . The room itself is a spacious 424 square feet, and can be reserved for $100/hr with a 1 hr minimum.

We have a 8700 sq ft building with multiple rooms, two bathrooms, a large central floor (approximately 2500 sq ft.), a small kitchen for warming food and cleaning up, with a unique flare.

We are a sword fighting school and we have swords and armour as decor. We have swords like those used in Game of Thrones and Lord of the Rings, The Three Musketeers and Princess Bride and also Knight's armor on stands.

We even have a throne for pictures!

We have had banquets and birthday parties in this space as well. We have tables and chairs for up to 40 people, There is a 50_ television connected to a computer that can be used for display.

We are located in downtown Santa Clara, near Santa Clara Square. We have quick access to freeways, and around the corner are restaurants, cafes, and Whole Food. 

The studio features an industrial vibe with high ceilings and plain white walls as well. We have 8 modern panel discussion and interview chairs/stools, green, black, and red backdrops that are included in your rental. There are two restrooms that are sanitized daily. 

Our studio is easily accessible by car and we offer 4 parking spots in the gated parking area. There are over hundred free parking spaces close by in the industry park.

**Booked rental time includes setup and tear-down. minimum 4 hours. Overtime is charged at 1.5x hourly rate per Peerspace policy.

The studio must be returned to the exact condition you found it in and teardown time is included in your rental so please book accordingly. 

Please treat our studio as if it was your own. We understand that things happen, so if anything breaks during your rental period please let us know immediately so that we can help. There may be a replacement fee for damaged equipment/props.

If your project requires more than 90 people present in the studio at the same time there will be a +$10/person surcharge.

COVID-19 Community Safety Notes + Measures: We are committed to providing a healthy and safe space for creatives to rent. Therefore, we are cleaning and sanitizing our space before/after every rental to ensure the safety of our community. We ask that you please wash your hands (20 seconds) upon entering the space. 

We will provide a disinfectant station in our bathroom that includes soap, disposable paper towels, hand sanitizer, and disposable gloves. We no longer require vaccinated guests to wear a face-covering while shooting.
