Welcome to our beautiful three-story house located in Lithonia, Georgia just 25 minutes outside of Atlanta! Inside our 3600 sqft home you will find exquisite décor that is traditional with a flare of contemporary elegance.

During your event, you will have access to the gorgeous main floor of the home. Our space features hardwood floors, 9-foot ceilings, and crown molding throughout the home.  

There is ample dining space, including a glamorous dining room that seats 8, a granite island equipped with 6 chairs, and an additional glass dining table with 4 chairs in the kitchen. There's additional space in the kitchen for a fold up table and chairs.

Enjoy a two-story den with a framed 55_ flat screen TV [with HDMI cords] perfect for watching a film, displaying a slideshow, or playing music. The TV is connected to high speed wi-fi and Xfinity Flex with access to Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, and Amazon Prime apps.

There is also an empty and open room on the main floor that can be transformed to anything you may want it to be! Consider using the room for a photo booth area, a dance room, or a place to do hair and makeup - the use is up to you.

There is a gorgeous restroom on the main floor open for guest use. The entry hallway is equipped with a coat closet for guest use. From the kitchen, there is also access to the back patio with a peaceful view of the trees and a creek. Additional rooms potentially available for makeup or storage. 

The home has a driveway large enough to fit 8 cars and has ample street parking. The two-car garage with direct access to the kitchen is perfect for loading and unloading items for your event. 

The posted price is per hour for a group/crew of 25 people max. Larger events and productions are welcome, we just need to discuss details regarding size and pricing.

This home is ten minutes off of I-20 close to multiple grocery stores and convenience stores as well as 15 minutes away from Stonecrest mall in case of the need for emergency purchases. This home is also ten minutes from fast food restaurants, including Chick-Fil-A, Wendy's, and McDonald's. There are restaurants surrounding the mall in case you need additional catering or food delivery options.

Next to the kitchen make your way into two uniquely stylized living areas. One larger area that features an all white open framed picture wall, a rearrange-able sectional couch, and a small bar area. The other living space offers a cozy reading nook, with statement wallpaper and lush greenery.

Upper level features an enormous boho-chic master bedroom with polished laminate floors that becomes drenched in sunlight during the morning hours. Lower level can be staged to look like a small studio apartment with a modern couch, desk, and queen sized bed. There is street level garage access, 4-car driveway, limited street parking, and an amazingly plush green space in front of the house.

The convenient location is a 3 minute drive from Walmart and Lowes- making your production runs faster and more efficient. Our onsite managers have 20+ years experience in television and digital production and come with a very amenable approach to making sure you are able to book with ease.

Rates will change for overnight stays. Site Rep fee will automatically be added to any booking above 16 people.
