Caelynn Miller-Keyes and fiancé Dean Unglert celebrate their engagement in a stunning Studio City Peerspace. The Bachelor and Bachelor in Paradise star chose the one-of-a-kind Studio City Organic Retreat Estate for the event. The estate spans over 4,000 square feet of indoor space including the main house, cottage and pool house. Outside, guests can enjoy an expansive courtyard, massive 40 ft x 20 ft pool, firepit, and 75-year old olive trees. The main house seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor space with 6 sets of French doors that open up to the pool and courtyard, making the space perfectly suited to accommodate the day’s rainy forecast.

We initially planned an outdoor event, and when we saw rain was likely, we wanted to make sure the event still felt open and airy. This Peerspace gave us the perfect combination of indoor and outdoor space so we could enjoy the courtyard, even with on and off rain.”

“We wanted every moment during the event to feature customized details, like the bar cocktail charms featuring the couple’s engraved initials,” said Nikki of Runaway Indie Events, who planned the event. “Our team also created a drink tap wall, adored with cascading florals, where guests could pour their own cocktails and mocktails before taking a seat at a beautifully curated spring garden inspired table. The tables not only included lush greenery and white spring florals but also vintage glass accents with custom dinner menus. Every detail we designed catered to the couple’s worldly and modern style, keeping in step with a clean and timeless look.”

Whether you’re a celebrity or just want to feel like one, the space is surrounded by an 8-foot fence for added privacy, and with a huge private parking lot that fits 25+ cars, you can leave any concerns about parking behind. The space is available to rent on Peerspace for events like engagement parties and birthday parties, productions like photo shoots and music videos, or even meetings and off-sites.

“The poolhouse has private space and a bathroom so it was perfect for hair and make up, and access to a full kitchen made it easy to bring in our favorite catering. Extra lighting around the pool made the space feel extra cozy at night.”
