I am hoping to host a black tie event for alumni and friends from my college. Your space looks incredible and a perfect fit for our event. We anticipate somewhere between 40-80 people attending and plan to serve wine and beer inside. We also would like to play music (until 10 PM) and leaving the first and last hour for clean up and tear down.

We finally decided on a date. We will be needing the space for my baby shower on the 18th. We want to start setting up at 12 to start the shower around 1/1:30. We have about 10 people helping to decorate so I think 1 hour will be good to set up. We plan on having about 50 guests max and serving wine only. (Still debating about beer). We also plan on catering it ourselves. It will be a very private event, just family and friends. Please let me know if you need additional information.

I work for the alumni relations office, and we are looking to have a Leadership Workshop in order to choose our next board members and president for the Alumni Club (a volunteer-run organization). We are hoping to use your lovely home as a perfect location for this off-site/team building event. We will provide lunch for the group and facilitate the workshop and breakout sessions. The purpose is to have ice-breakers, a brainstorming session, and then a vote for the next leadership. We will end the day with a congratulatory cocktail.
