5. Glory (1989)

7. Lady and the Tramp (2019)

Lady and the Tramp is another Disney live-action remake of its original cartoon versions of movies, in this case, a remake of the 1955 cartoon. The crew filmed the most famous scene from the original cartoon movie (with the spaghetti and meatball dinner, of course) for the live-action version in an alleyway near Savannah’s Factors Walk.

8. Magic Mike XXL (2015)

9. Gemini Man (2019)

Will Smith stars in Gemini Man, a combination of science fiction and action thriller movie. The film focuses on the issue of cloning as the intriguing and captivating source of the movie’s main conflict.

10. Dirty Grandpa (2016)

Although this was by no means a critically acclaimed movie, and the premise is frankly pretty absurd, the combination of Robert De Niro and Zac Efron made Dirty Grandpa incredibly successful in theaters. They filmed the majority of the movie in Atlanta, Georgia rather than Savannah.

Bonus: Now and Then (1995)

Now and Then is the mid-90s classic coming-of-age tale that involves a group of now-adult women who reminisce about an impactful summer of their lives. While the film is set in Shelby, Indiana, filming actually took place down South.
