We plan on using it as a fun interactive learning environment where students can meet Korean teachers as well as other people in a language exchange setting.

surprise 50th bday party

I am very interested in booking your space for my long-time boyfriends' 50th BDAY party! I would love to rent your space out for his BDAY party with his family members and friends on the 8th from 6:30-11:30 PM (times not set for sure yet since I will have his mom help on the planning for this as well). I plan on having a small catering company deliver food around 6 ish and guests begin to arrive sometime around then. This will be a complete surprise party and I will hopefully just convince him to 'check out this new bar' while everyone is in your space waiting to surprise him around 7ish! I would love to have a DJ play 70's music; as this will be the theme of the party since he grew up in the 70's and loves that type of music as well! Guests will be coming in 70's themed clothes as well.

30th birthday party at a bar

I am planning my 30th birthday party on the 24th. I like your venue a lot and think it could be perfect for my event. Is 100 people a strict maximum or would you be willing/able to accept 110? The party would be adults only, mostly family and a few friends, no one under 18 years old. No entry charge. I am also planning to book the venue from 4:00 p.m. - 1:00 a.m. (4 -6 for setup, 6-12 event, and 12-1 for cleanup). I note that you offer a cleaning crew and just want to confirm that the cleaning crew would begin cleaning at 12:00 a.m. In other words, how much, if at all, will I have to help in the cleaning process? How much do your preferred vendors charge for tables/chairs? What size tables do they offer? Is the furniture in the venue (piano, couches, music instruments, paintings) removable or would it have to stay as is? Do you require a licensed bartender to serve alcohol? Do you have a bar stand or have vendors that rent them out? Would I be able to provide the alcohol and hire a bartender for serving or would I have to hire an alcohol service that provides the alcohol and bartender? If you require security, am I able to provide my own or would I have to use yours?
