Myself and my friend are planning a baby shower for our friend. We are planning to have about 50 people for a three hour event with an hour set up and an hour cleanup. We'll have platters of food but no cooking. Alcohol is actually a maybe but I marked yes- OK if it's not allowed.

I’d like to book it from 12-6pm. Clean up and set up time is included. I’d like to be able to use all of the tables and chairs you have and I discussed that I’d like the lounge area to the right to stay as is. There were also a few tables I mentioned to him that I’d like to use and he said it would be fine. The table cloths would definitely be great to use as well for the tables. If there is an additional cost please let me know. We've been exploring the idea of doing a photo booth.

29th birthday with outdoor patio games

I am a working film/TV executive, and I am looking to rent your space to host a party for my 29th birthday on my actual birthday. I mainly want to use the amazing outdoor space of this property for close friends, family, and colleagues to gather for a low-key night of patio games, music (some dancing too, hopefully), karaoke, and having a few drinks poolside. This event would only be for people that are 21+ and I expect people to come and go throughout the evening (so I don't anticipate 75 people to come and stay all at once). I take all of your house rules to heart (especially the no glass in or around the pool policy) and would treat your house with the utmost respect. I absolutely want a controlled party atmosphere and I am open to discussing any of the services you may want me to use for the evening. I look forward to chatting with you about the space for this party.
