Natural Light Studio with Exposed Brick in NE Portland Perfect for Photography
worked out really well. The available furniture in the space really helped augment the set dressing we brought in.
There may be an occasional train (lasting 5 minutes or less) or jet flying over, but it was very manageable with what we did. Easy street parking and loading of equipment...

Natural Light Studio with Exposed Brick in NE Portland Perfect for Photography
Shelby was so helpful. The space was great. Trains don't come by often, FYI -- important to us, since we were using the space for a film shoot. Due to circumstances with one of our crew members, we had to shoot later than planned and Shelby was also very flexible...

Modern & Airy House with Plenty of Meeting Space!
booked Alysia's space for a 1-day team training. It was the perfect spot for our group. I booked this spot solely on the photos as I am not local to Portland area. It was even better than what was captured in the photos. Plenty of spaces for us...

re beautiful and really pulled the look of the whole event together, plus it was incredibly convenient.
A few guests got delayed by a train (which the Peerspace listing clearly warns you about!), but even that didn’t detract from the day. So many friends and family asked how we...

Fully Furnished, Parisian Inspired Space with Impeccable Natural Light for Any Memorable Gathering
loved the space! It was perfect for my baby shower and the host was very helpful and friendly. The only complaint is the train and having to let guest in yourself because the building door is locked. The layout and decor was beautiful and I wouldn’t have wanted to...

Industrial Natural Light Studio
Great lighting and nice space! I didn't end up using it for filming since there was quite a bit of noise between the train and the construction going on. It may be a better bet to book in the evenings until the construction is over. That being said, it...
